Condition: Rotational shift (24/7) - 5 working days per week, Rotational week off

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Chat-Live 80%, Voice 20%
  • Support with transportation inquiries
  • Receive calls / live chat from customers who need help using the service.
  • Give advice on using services and applications.
  • Coordinate receiving support from various departments for customers to be satisfied.
  • Fresh graduate welcomed, needs to have good soft skills and serviced-minded
