DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Chat-Live 80%, Voice 20%
- Support with transportation inquiries
- Receive calls / live chat from customers who need help using the service.
- Give advice on using services and applications.
- Coordinate receiving support from various departments for customers to be satisfied.
- Fresh graduate welcomed, needs to have good soft skills and serviced-minded
