Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of all facilities to ensure they function smoothly and efficiently.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules for all building systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) to prevent disruptions and extend equipment life.
- Source and manage relationships with contractors and vendors for repairs, renovations, and maintenance work; negotiate contracts and monitor performance.
- Ensure all facilities adhere to relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular inspections and coordinating safety training sessions as necessary.
- Develop and manage the facilities budget, tracking expenses and implementing cost-saving measures while ensuring high-quality services.
- Assist with space planning and office layouts to accommodate business needs, including moves, additions, and changes.
- Develop and implement emergency response procedures and manage crisis situations, such as evacuations, to ensure the safety of all occupants.
- Promote and implement sustainability practices, including energy-saving measures and waste reduction efforts.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or other related fields (preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in maintenance of infrastructure systems within shopping malls is an advantage.
- Proficient in reading and writing CAD drawings, as well as understanding various systems such as electrical, mechanical, and other systems related to shopping malls.
- Hardworking, honest, patient, service-oriented, and skilled at solving immediate issues effectively.
- Good personality and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, observant, and enjoys studying equipment details under their responsibility.
- Knowledge and experience in maintenance (PM).
