About the Role:
As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and providing business expanding by business developing and managing key accounts in the Food and Beverage sector across Southeast Asia. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop new business opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities in the F&B sector across SEA.

  • Provide technical support to key accounts, utilizing lab equipment and collaborating with Application Development Engineers (ADEs).

  • Build strong relationships with authorized distributors, direct customers, and internal teams to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.

  • Act as the primary account manager for customers and distributors in the region.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop new products based on market demands.

  • Update and manage opportunities in Salesforce (SFDC) and provide detailed call reports.

  • Identify business opportunities and risks, ensuring target sales, profitability, and new product introductions (NPI) are achieved.

  • Support customers in alignment with globally defined strategies.

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in business development and commercial sales in the F&B industry.

  • Strong technical sales skills with a customer-centric approach.

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred) and SAP.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken). Additional languages (Japan, Chinese and Korea) are a plus.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to support key accounts.
