About the Role:
As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and providing business expanding by business developing and managing key accounts in the Food and Beverage sector across Southeast Asia. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop new business opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities in the F&B sector across SEA.
Provide technical support to key accounts, utilizing lab equipment and collaborating with Application Development Engineers (ADEs).
Build strong relationships with authorized distributors, direct customers, and internal teams to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
Act as the primary account manager for customers and distributors in the region.
Collaborate with Marketing to develop new products based on market demands.
Update and manage opportunities in Salesforce (SFDC) and provide detailed call reports.
Identify business opportunities and risks, ensuring target sales, profitability, and new product introductions (NPI) are achieved.
Support customers in alignment with globally defined strategies.
What We're Looking For:
A degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in business development and commercial sales in the F&B industry.
Strong technical sales skills with a customer-centric approach.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred) and SAP.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken). Additional languages (Japan, Chinese and Korea) are a plus.
Willingness to travel as needed to support key accounts.
