Key responsibility
- Collaborate with leadership to develop a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the plant's goals.
- Assist in designing the organizational structure and defining key roles and responsibilities.
- Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract and hire skilled personnel for various positions within the plant.
- Manage the entire hiring process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Create HR policies and procedures tailored to the new plant environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards in all HR practices
- Develop competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract top talent.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure equity across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Laws, Political sciences or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment, Employee engagement, Compensation and Benefits and HR plant operations.
- Experience in setting up HR functions in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
- Good command in English
- Can work 6 days working / Can work at Eastern area
