Account Manager (HR Platform)



About the Role:

We're building a new sales team to scale our innovative HRTech platforms.
If you're someone with a strong client base, experience in HR-related platforms, and a passion to grow and drive business.



Responsibilities:



  • Manage corporate clients closely and act as a trusted advisor, not just an account rep

  • Understand HR solutions both from a user perspective and a backend/system structure point of view (features, workflows, data integration)

  • Collaborate with Product, Developer, and BA teams to deliver tailored and effective solutions

  • Work closely with Presales and Sales Executive for support

  • Plan go-to-market strategies, analyze opportunities, and help expand into new industries

  • Handle sales documentation, PO creation (with admin support)

  • Participate in team building and help shape team direction

  • Be on track to grow into a Team Lead or Manager role in the near future


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience as an Account Manager or in IT Solution Sales

  • Solid understanding or hands-on experience with HR systems or HR applications

  • Strong in planning, analysis, and problem-solving

  • Able to communicate and present effectively in both Thai and English

  • Passionate and motivated to learn, grow, and drive business success

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and bring in client insights

  • Preferably from HR System , HR Platform or similar backgrounds

  • Having an existing client base is a major plus
