• Manage daily operations of accounting transactions and processes.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
• Secures and record accounting transaction and financial information into system properly by completing database backups,
• Prepare and verify payment of local and overseas vendors through cheques, online banking and bank remittance.
• Complete all month end closing procedures with accuracy.
• Prepare and work in accountant payment such as: AP, AR, GL, Inventory Control (Stock) and payment transaction processing daily and monthly to both supplier and customers.
• Prepare tax documents and submit the report TAX and P.N.D 1, 3, 53
• Complete the incoming AP/AR confirmation letters to vendors/customers, investigate the variance and provide explanation (if any)
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Responsible for account receivable function, raising invoices, verifying discrepancies and resolve client billing issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or a related field. Having an education background from accounting college will be an advantage.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in the accounting field, preferably in FMCG industry.
• New Graduates are welcomed (GPA > 3.00).
• Holding CPD license.
• Knowledge of SAP, Express and ERP.
• BOI will be an advantage.
• Good command of English (Writing, Reading)
• Ability to travel domestically.
