Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee finance and accounting operations, including tax management.
• Direct annual budgeting and quarterly rolling forecasts.
• Develop annual and monthly cash flow projections.
• Manage cost accounting processes, including standard cost setting, variance analysis, and related analyses.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Additional duties as delegated by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in managerial accounting.
• Expertise in Cost Accounting within the Manufacturing industry.
• Thorough understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and BOI regulations.
• Proficiency in SAGE300 ERP.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
