Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily administrative management of the company (including asset management, guest reception, security, cleaning, landscaping, dormitories, and canteens), providing administrative support to all departments within the company. Specific duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for drafting, revising, and implementing department regulations and policies.
- Responsible for formulating and implementing department processes.
- Responsible for planning office expenses, purchasing, and managing office equipment, supplies, and materials.
- Responsible for managing fire safety, security, and hygiene within the company.
- Responsible for handling the company's foreign-related administrative tasks and establishing good public relations.
- Responsible for building company culture and organizing various employee welfare activities, including cultural, sports, travel, and health check-up activities.
- Establish logistics support, improve employee benefits, and distribute daily and holiday welfare.
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields, with basic communication skills in Chinese.
- Familiar with human resources management and administrative management, with at least 5 years of experience in mid-to-large-sized companies (preferably in tech/Internet companies or Chinese companies).
- Proficient in computer operations, with strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent event organizing ability, and good at coordinating inter-departmental communication.
- Honest, responsible, meticulous, and principled with strong communication and coordination skills; good discipline and team cooperation.
- Job responsibilities include but are not limited to those mentioned above, including compliance with company process documentation, regulations, or work instructions; assisting and cooperating with other colleagues; job duties may be adjusted based on departmental changes, and a new agreement will be signed upon mutual consent.
