An Associate Engineer specializing in data center projects, where you will lead the design and implementation of advanced mechanical solutions while also having the opportunity to assume broader leadership responsibilities.

  • Job Responsibilities:

    • Spearhead the development of detailed design models, simulations, and innovative mechanical solutions for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems in data centers, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
    • Oversee project activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, risk mitigation, and successful delivery of technically and financially sound solutions.
    • Lead multi-disciplinary teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and coordination across large, complex, long-term projects.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and industry networks, offering expert insights and recommendations to meet unique project demands.
    • Establish strategies to grow the MEP team's market presence, drive profit, and expand service offerings in alignment with organizational goals.
    • Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and sustainable design practices to enhance the technical edge and environmental impact of projects.
    • Represent the team in key meetings, assume primary responsibility for designated project segments, and lead initiatives beyond MEP to broader project scopes.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 18 years leading diverse teams in designing and constructing SIT/building projects, with a specialization in data centers.
    • Hold a P.E. license from the Council of Engineers Thailand or equivalent Chartered/Registered Engineer certification recognized internationally.
    • Deep knowledge of engineering consultancy, including designing innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions for complex systems.
    • Proven success in bidding for large-scale projects, client presentations, and contract negotiations.
    • Broad understanding of building services design, encompassing Environmental Sustainable Design (ESD), Mechanical, Electrical, and Hydraulic Engineering.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead large multi-disciplinary teams, manage resources efficiently, and meet tight timelines within budget constraints.
    • Strong ability to engage with clients, industry networks, and partners, ensuring project delivery aligns with client expectations and industry standards.
