Position: Associate Engineering Director
Responsibilities:

  • Manage all engineering systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, etc., and oversee the implements of operational standards. This includes the management of maintenance activities (Operation Maintenance), preventive maintenance, and proactive maintenance, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Manage and oversee project planning, control, and monitoring of engineering systems, as well as the planning, control, and monitoring of maintenance activities for machinery, equipment, and facilities at the company and its affiliated entities, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and established standards.
  • Monitor and control budgets for the modification or replacement of major systems, buildings, or components, ensuring adherence to legal regulations.
  • Supervise and monitor the planning, control, and execution of engineering tasks by staff, ensuring work safety and efficiency.
  • Oversee planning, control, and monitoring of inventory management for materials, spare parts, and tools, and coordinate procurement activities in line with engineering standards.
  • Manage and monitor the annual training plans for staff to enhance their knowledge and skills, prepare the annual engineering budget, and control budget usage effectively.
  • Supervise planning, control, and monitoring of maintenance and energy costs, as well as implementing energy conservation strategies in accordance with the Building Control Act.
  • Report on engineering performance to management, providing insights, recommendations, and identifying issues and obstacles within the specified timeframe.

Qualifications/ Skills Required:

  • Thai Nationality
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Hold Professional Engineer License (ก.ว.).
  • Hold Building Inspector Certification.
  • Knowledge of engineering laws and standards.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and TQA standards.
  • Over 10-15 years of experience managing engineering systems in high-rise buildings, such as residential, mixed-use, hotels, or malls, with an area exceeding 20,000 square meters.
  • Skills in costing and P&L management.
  • Experience managing a team of 100 or more personnel.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced working environment.
