Responsibilities:
- Responsible for interpreting and applying Thailand BOI (Board of Investment) policies to ensure the company's projects meet BOI policy requirements.
- Responsible for the application, follow-up, maintenance, and optimization of BOI projects, including but not limited to project applications, data collection, document preparation, and submission.
- Responsible for communication and coordination with BOI and relevant government departments, maintaining good government relations to ensure smooth project execution.
- Responsible for monitoring BOI policy changes, updating internal policies and procedures in a timely manner, and providing support for company decision-making.
- Responsible for internal training and promotion of BOI-related knowledge to enhance the team's understanding and application of BOI policies.
Job description:
- New BOI project applications (raw materials, equipment, spare parts).
- BOI project updates (process routes, material BOM, machine equipment lists).
- Daily import releases.
- Export raw material inventory write-off, IC system inventory control.
- Import material customs clearance tracking.
- Import/export logistics ledger.
- Equipment write-off (5 years after import).
- Submit logistics fee payment applications and follow up after payment.
- Equipment, raw materials, and spare parts scrap applications.
- Old equipment imports - BOI import equipment procedures.
- BOI asset ledger management - need to match the device code at the time of application with the existing asset code.
- Other BOI-related matters.
- Payment process approval & online banking voucher creation.
- Issue withholding tax invoices and send them to suppliers.
- Organize voucher attachments and related documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree of Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with preference given to candidates with BOI project experience.
- Thai native speaker, English or Chinese will be advantage.
- Familiar with Thai tax laws and BOI policies, with strong financial analysis and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, team spirit, able to work independently and handle work pressure.
