BOI Specialist (Chinese company || 5 days working per week)

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for interpreting and applying Thailand BOI (Board of Investment) policies to ensure the company's projects meet BOI policy requirements.
2. Responsible for the application, follow-up, maintenance, and optimization of BOI projects, including but not limited to project applications, data collection, document preparation, and submission.
3. Responsible for communication and coordination with BOI and relevant government departments, maintaining good government relations to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Responsible for monitoring BOI policy changes, updating internal policies and procedures in a timely manner, and providing support for company decision-making.
5. Responsible for internal training and promotion of BOI-related knowledge to enhance the team's understanding and application of BOI policies.

Job description:

1. New BOI project applications (raw materials, equipment, spare parts).
2. BOI project updates (process routes, material BOM, machine equipment lists).
3. Daily import releases.
4. Export raw material inventory write-off, IC system inventory control.
5. Import material customs clearance tracking.
6. Import/export logistics ledger.
7. Equipment write-off (5 years after import).
8. Submit logistics fee payment applications and follow up after payment.
9. Equipment, raw materials, and spare parts scrap applications.
10. Old equipment imports - BOI import equipment procedures.
11. BOI asset ledger management - need to match the device code at the time of application with the existing asset code.
12. Other BOI-related matters.
13. Payment process approval & online banking voucher creation.
14. Issue withholding tax invoices and send them to suppliers.
15. Organize voucher attachments and related documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree of Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with preference given to candidates with BOI project experience.
• Thai native speaker, English or Chinese will be advantage.
• Familiar with Thai tax laws and BOI policies, with strong financial analysis and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, team spirit, able to work independently and handle work pressure.
