Location : Suvarnabhumi Airport at Free Zone A02
Working Hours : 8.00-18.00

Responsibility

  • Check the documents in the system before releasing the D/O (Delivery Order) to the customer, receive the documents from Messenger to categorize the documents and check them.
  • Check the details of the work received (flight date, Incoterm check, Status Desc Bond Rsn check, PARTIAL of goods check) to import to the filing cabinet.
  • Update the information in the system to display the latest information in each customer's shipment.
  • Providing consultation and solving problems for customers.
  • Check the customer's product status in the system to check that the shipment and the number of FLIGHTs are complete and correct.
  • Send documents to the front desk staff to key in the system and issue a receipt with the correct address to the customers.
  • Thoroughly review the information and coordinate with shipping to arrange the release of documents to customers.
  • Check the balance of customers payments each day and send the total amount to the collecting staff, sending an email report to an accounting officer.


Qualification

  • Graduated in Bachelor of Degree in logistic field
  • Able to start work immediately will be advantage
  • Have service mind and Good communication skill
  • Have some experience in customer service will be advantage
  • Have skill and knowledge of Excel ,Microsoft
