Building & Facilities Manager

Job Description:

• Plan and Follow up Preventive Maintenance plan for Building & Facilities to ensure PM completed as planned by auditing actual situation to meet require.
• Lead maintenance team to perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance and organizing Technician team to support Maintenance activity.
• Involve any problem find the root cause and take a lead to improve all concerned issue.
• Supervise maintenance technicians, provide day to day operational supports and maintenance service to the group of companies.
• Handle and take responding the emergency case or urgent issues of the machine, utility & facility supply system. Pursuing the result and establishing the preventive action to prevent the reoccurring of the incident.
• Review & Improve the document which is necessary for building & facilities concerned.
• Coordinate with other functions to support projects and maintenance work.
• Provide support, advice and technical training to maintenance team.
• Ensure workplace are safe by conduct safety audit.
• Ensure maintenance regulation such as electrical installation/testing sign off, appliance tagging, calibrations etc.
• Assist with technician skill and performance assessments.
• Liaise with Contractor for Renovation/ Construction Project (Acting as a Project Manager) till completed project.
• Supervise all outsourcing services e.g. security guard, gardening.
• Supervise Building & Facilities admin.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering background or any related field.
• At least 7 years experiences in Building & Facilities Management background required.
• Good in English communication.
• Skilled in computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, Etc.) for AutoCAD, SKETHUP would be advantaged.
• Good interpersonal skill and Service Mind.
• Strong team leadership and presentation skill.
• Well organized and planning.
• Good analytical/critical thinking and problem-solving skill.
• Flexibility to work beyond working hours if needed.
• Familiarity in drafting and understanding blueprints and schematics.
• Experience in working with ISO/Safety Standards, e.g., ISO9001, ISO14001 would be advantaged.
