Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in Customer Management for Key Accounts, with a good achievement record.
- Able to communicate professionally with a strong personality.
- Excellent sales, negotiation and people management skills.
- Fluency in both Thai and English. Chinese would a plus !
- Good planning, organizational, Analytic and problem-solving skills, creative and a hunger to stay up to date with economic matters.
- Able to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Able to travel occasionally to upcountry.
- Able to keep objectives and goals firmly in sight.
- Flexible and able to seek alternatives to problems.
- Able to motivate and lead a team, including coaching and mentoring team members.
- Good computer literacy.
- Report writing skills.
Responsible:
- Achieving sales budgets and goals for all product lines in assigned sales district and developing new revenue opportunities.
- Develop, execute, and oversee with Key Accounts strategic that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings.
- Establish and closely manage and grow existing accounts/resellers/distributors to maximize existing relationships.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, retention and profitability of accounts and optimize the market penetration.
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Present key benefits of our products while focusing on specific customer needs.
- Monitoring competitors' sales strategies and reporting significant developments to management.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Train sales professionals and help improve their skills.
- Reporting to the General Manager.
