Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the partnership programs with higher education institutions and professional education providers in the UK, Australia, and other key global markets.

  • Formulate and implement strategic business initiatives to meet the objectives established by the board and shareholders.

  • Provide high-level strategic advice to the board and Chairperson, offering insightful analysis of market trends and the company's future trajectory.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans that ensure operational efficiency and promote sustainable market development.

  • Foster and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with business partners, stakeholders, and relevant authorities.

  • Represent the company as its primary spokesperson, enhancing its public image and promoting its interests through effective public relations.

  • Identify challenges and emerging issues, delivering actionable solutions to ensure the continued growth and success of the organization.

  • Monitor overall sales performance, market dynamics, and competitor activity within the education sector to ensure competitive positioning.

  • Actively identify new business opportunities and follow through on potential leads, while nurturing existing relationships with clients and partners.

  • Cultivate and sustain strong, enduring relationships with customers, identifying new market opportunities and driving business growth.

  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience within the higher education sector or related fields, with particular expertise in study abroad programs.
  • Professional proficiency in English, with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing and fostering strategic partnerships and long-term business relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure advantageous terms and agreements.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with a flexible and adaptive approach to changing business demands.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally to manage and expand partnerships and business opportunities across global markets.
