Chief Maintenance Engineer (Assistant Manager) Position
Key Responsibilities
- Overall manage utility system and facility system which consist of daily operation, preventive maintenance, system improvement, maintenance and operation cost control, project management, training and manage staffs.
- Ensure preventive maintenance with maintenance cost control.
- Provide necessary spare parts, material and tools, to support preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on factory machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
- Document any recurring issues and suggest improvements for long-term solutions.
- Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies. Order parts as needed and ensure proper storage and organization.
- Work closely with other maintenance staff, engineers, and production personnel to address equipment issues and implement improvements.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and breakdowns, providing swift and effective solutions to minimize production delays.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree of Engineer in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related field.
- 6 years of experience in utility systems, facility system project management and energy saving (chiller, air, compressor, boiler, dust collector).
- Direct experience in preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including maintenance and repair.
- Good English communication
