Job roles and responsibilities:

• Managing, planning and follow up all work order, Preventive Maintenance, TPM, Projects/ Engineering works.
• Reducing Repeated Machine Breakdown.
• Reliability in Mechanical Maintenance, MTBF Improvement.
• Condition based predictive maintenance.
• Leading for Maintenance International Standard.
• Supporting Breakdown Maintenance Corrective Maintenance.
• Daily lead team for troubleshooting of breakdown, production issue, quality issue, safety issue, Fast track and provide all knowledge, tools, parts, helper or the others to team to bring production back as fast as they can. Review spare part for support Breakdown. Provide special tool to improve analysis and reduce MTTR.
• Support plant SES and TPM activities. Be a leader or member of some pillars. Provide data, brainstorming, meeting, leading and execute activities until pillar achieve requirement.
• Maintain and improve Workshop to control machine condition, consumable part, 5S, machine safety in world class standard.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Good knowledge of machinery, toolmakers, hydraulic in the industrial.
• Technical Skill with practical experiences following:

1. Mechanical Engineering experience at least 5 years.
2. Maintenance International Standard at least 3 years.
3. MTBF Improvement at least 3 years.
4. Reliability Maintenance Engineering at least 3 years.
5. Condition based predictive maintenance at least 3 years.

• Very Good English communication.
