Responsibilities:z
Strategic Planning and Management

  • Develop strategic operational directions for the Zipcode department, growth, and long-term profitability.

  • Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide decision-making and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Operations Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Zipcode, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Enforce best practices for operational procedures, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

Project Management

  • Lead and manage the project management team, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments involved in real estate development.

  • Create comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.

Process Improvement

  • Continuously evaluate and enhance operational workflows to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall quality.

  • Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration of process improvements across the organization.

Financial Management

  • Set annual operational targets and budget forecasts in collaboration with the management team.

  • Manage the operations budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize impact and achieve objectives.

  • Oversee operational data analysis and manage Profit and Loss (P&L) statements for properties.

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential operational disruptions and legal issues.

People Management

  • Lead and manage a team of operation professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure operation goals are met.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that aligns with Zipcode's values and culture.

  • Implement training programs that enhance the team's capabilities and support professional growth.

  • Drive people strategies focused on recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, Real estate or related fields.

  • 10+ years of experiences in a senior operational management role, preferably in a similar industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale real estate projects from concept to completion.

  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and efficiency.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-driven, ability to work independently and manage the productivity.

  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for operations management and financial analysis.

  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
