Chief/ Production Supervisor

Job Description

• Oversee and manage steel processing operations, ensuring optimal production control.
• Analyze current processes and develop KAIZEN initiatives or improvement plans to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Manage warehouse and inventory operations, including raw materials and finished products.
• Supervise team members, ensuring their activities align with production goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role (supervisor to chief level) in Coil Centers, Steel Materials/Warehousing, or related fields.
• Proficient in English (able to read and write at a basic communication level).
• Experience with overhead travelling cranes is a plus.
• Willingness to work in rotating day and night shifts.
