Civil Engineer

- Issue procedures and work instructions, ensure implementation of measures, and maintain controls
- Raise awareness, ensure regular ESH training and provide information about ESH responsibilities and duties
- Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards
- Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others
- Responsible of the coordination of the external engineering service and for site construction management
- Handling of documentation with authorities and construction documentation
- Responsible for construction site civil work including supervision of civil works for existing building expansion and renovation
- Responsible for generating yearly budget and its adherence. Managing and coordination of suppliers for civil works
- Maintenance of existing site
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree of Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 years and experiences from construction projects and facility
- Technical practice with a good commercial know-how. The use of AUTOCAD and working in MS Office and BIM is familiar for(esp. word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Lead several construction projects and utility project, refurbishment, expansion and upgrade
- Management of construction project, maintain building facility and utility project for at least 5 years
- Technical civil, construction knowledge, EIT MES and BCS standard
- Project management / Conti PROMT system
- Utility knowledge
- Assertiveness with external suppliers
- General knowledge about electrical and Controls & Drives
- Good English communication skill
