CNC Manager [405 Thitiporn, Chonburi ]

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of CNC Machines and local staff.
• Management of the machining process, including machine setup and part of maintenance.
• Promote quality improvement, utilization rate improvement, and cost reduction. Control of production line based on production plan.
• Makes improvements to set up process, improve efficiency and output - reduce setup time, reduce setup scrap.
• Establish CNC setup, qualification & troubleshooting procedures and train Operators and Contribute in training & development for CNC department personnel Technicians to be able to handle the process independently.
• Define, implement and maintain methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture of integrated heat spreaders.
• Generate programs, tooling lists, cutting parameters, jigs & fixtures, run simulations and tests.
• Work with production team and quality team to ensure all customer on time delivery.
• Other tasks assigned by company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Industrial, Production, Mechanical)
• Experience in using CNC as production
• Would be an advantage with basic experience with CadCam software. Experience in manager up.
