We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to join a forward-thinking organization. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and lead C&B initiatives across the Asia Pacific region, working from our client's office in Laem Chabang, Chonburi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage global and regional compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Lead the implementation of global C&B guidelines, tools and projects in collaboration with HR and business management.
- Oversee job evaluations, pay range development, salary reviews, incentive plans and local benefits programs.
- Manage compensation and benefits integration for mergers, acquisitions or new operations.
- Contribute to global C&B process development by sharing regional insights and best practices.
- Provide advice, support and training on C&B processes for HR teams across the region.
- Communicate C&B policies to ensure knowledge and awareness across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field. Post-graduate qualifications are a plus.
- At least 10 years of experience in HR, with 5 years in C&B, preferably supporting a multi-country region (Asia Pacific preferred).
- Expertise in C&B, especially in roles involving both corporate and manufacturing environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and HR systems.
