Responsibilities:

  • Experienced candidates only
  • Proficient in Excel and data, tech-savvy as this role has to handle all things related to HRIS (Workday)
  • Own HRIS projects/initiatives
  • Create the offer for candidates by aligning with the Head of Department and Head of HR. Prepare the employee agreement.
  • Input new hire information, move employee, promote employees etc. on Workday
  • Own the audit process related to compensation and benefits
  • Responsible for payroll calculation, especially commission calculation for sales engineers (account managers) which is paid quarterly (on the fourth month)
  • Responsible for back-office bonus payment which is paid at the end of Feb
  • Responsible for merit-increase which happens on Apr 1st - conducting annual salary benchmarking with our external vendor
  • All information has to be submitted to our payroll vendor on time (locked around last week of the month)
  • Responsible for benefit initiatives e.g. sourcing or extending medical insurance vendor
  • Open to support recruiting activities in some circumstances
  • Strong English communication/presentation skills
  • Mobile and can be moved to SG etc. as an expat in the future (a plus) Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree qualified
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience as HR Professional in a commercially driven organization
    • Proven success in driving HR/C&B topics
    • Strategic mind-set with ability to partner with key stakeholders in the business while leading business stakeholder from an operational perspective
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to influence and interact across all levels of management
