Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations of construction projects.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines and schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
- Address and resolve on-site issues, including technical challenges related to electrical work, and plumbing.
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses and budget reports.
- Order and manage the delivery of materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Provide regular project updates to management and team members.
Qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
- Proven experience in managing and overseeing a construction team.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
