Contract Engineer

Job Desciption:

• Check the conditions of the company's contract documents. between project owners and between subcontractors.
• Set standards for data storage formats for TOR documents, contract contracts. , sales contract.
• Follow up and check document policy which is important before submitting to the project owner.
• Follow up on time extension documents, reserve various rights according to rights in the contract.
• Analyse and summarize the effects of construction. that will affect the contract conditions.

Qualification Requirements:

• Graduated with a bachelor's degree in engineering Civil Engineering field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the building construction field.
• There is meticulous detail in working.
• Have good leadership and human relations Able to work together with others.
• English proficiency is average - good.
