Job Description:
We're looking for a Conversation Designer to join our dynamic team and work on delivering state-of-the-art AI-driven conversational solutions. You will design conversational flows, build chatbots, and optimize voice and text-based interactions to meet our clients' needs. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, customer personas, and intents to design ideal automation solutions.
  • Design conversation flows for chatbots and voice bots, ensuring they cover real-life scenarios and enhance user experience.
  • Set up integrations with external systems using APIs to extend the bot's functionality.
  • Create bot personas and write engaging, goal-oriented copy for both chat and voice bots.
  • Modify voice outputs for voice bots using SSML (Speech Synthesis Markup Language).
  • Analyze user interactions and performance metrics to propose and implement improvements.
  • Develop effective prompts for Generative AI modules, including creating training and testing datasets for personalization.
  • Conduct peer design reviews to improve our conversation design standards and practices.
  • Gather feedback and feature requests from clients to improve our conversational AI platform's functionality and user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computational Linguistics, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX Design, or related field. Equivalent practical experience will be considered.
  • Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP/NLU) and experience designing user-friendly conversational flows.
  • Experience with REST APIs and using them to integrate external data sources into conversational platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with attention to proper grammar, tone, and bot persona development.
  • Ability to analyze user transcripts and interpret performance data to drive improvements.
  • Familiarity with SSML to optimize voice bot output.
  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Diverse backgrounds encouraged: UX designers with a language focus, linguistics experts with design thinking skills, or game designers with NLP experience are welcome!

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with e-commerce customer interactions and creating FAQ bots for customer service.
  • Knowledge of behavioral psychology to craft interactions that resonate with user personas.
  • Prior experience with conversational AI platforms and chatbot deployment on platforms like Telegram or similar.
