Position: Corporate Culture Planner
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and establish the corporate culture wall according to the company's development strategy, write and edit promotional materials for the company to ensure the accurate communication of the company's strategy, core values, and image, and build the company's corporate image.
- Deeply understand the corporate culture, analyze and refine the company's values, team philosophy, and development philosophy, and create and implement corporate promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to help build the corporate culture system, promote the development of corporate culture and institutional building, and provide thought-based guidelines and principles for the cultural system's construction.
- Be responsible for creating and fostering the company's corporate culture atmosphere, organizing diverse corporate culture activities, and guiding the organization's healthy development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Human Resources Management, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.
- At least one year of experience in corporate planning, with project management skills for organizing events, adept at coordinating resources, planning, and task allocation.
- Excellent communication skills and corporate culture creation skills, able to efficiently complete tasks, and possess good teamwork spirit.
