CSR Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategies and initiatives in alignment with organizational goals and values.
- Identify and evaluate CSR opportunities, ensuring they align with the company's mission and have a measurable positive impact.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute CSR programs, including community outreach, sustainability initiatives, and employee volunteer activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to integrate CSR practices into business operations and corporate culture.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness and impact of CSR programs through KPIs, reporting findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain relationships with community organizations, NGOs, government agencies, and other stakeholders to foster partnerships and drive CSR initiatives.
- Manage the CSR budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize impact.
- Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and marketing materials to communicate CSR efforts internally and externally.
- Stay updated on CSR trends, sustainability practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure the company remains compliant and at the forefront of CSR innovation.
- Organize training sessions and awareness campaigns for employees to encourage participation in CSR activities.
- Lead the company's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting efforts and ensure alignment with global standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sustainability, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or community engagement roles.
- Strong understanding of CSR principles, ESG frameworks, and sustainability practices.
- Proven track record of managing CSR programs and initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in building partnerships with community organizations, NGOs, and government agencies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate the social and environmental impact of initiatives.
- Knowledge of global CSR standards and reporting frameworks, such as GRI, UNGC, or ISO 26000, is a plus.
- Passion for social responsibility, sustainability, and driving positive change.
