Position: Sales Coordinator - Japanese Speaker (Hybrid Working)
Responsibility:
- This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service for both local and international clients.
- Managing orders, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints.
- The representative will handle standard and special order processes, provide quotes, assist with technical support, and maintain communication with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Japanese and English is essential, alongside customer service experience, SAP knowledge, and strong MS Office skills.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong command of English and Japanese (N1 level)
- Minimum 1-year customer service, coordinator and support for customer/internal experience
- SAP/ERP experience preferred.
