Responsibilities:
- Lead the Customer Service team, Supply Chain and Warehouse teams, ensuring smooth operations and prompt issue resolution.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager, ASEAN to improve supply chain and warehouse operations.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering skill development and adherence to standards.
- Review and validate customer documents, including contracts and compliance agreements to ensure accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in Customer Service Management, preferably in a trading company.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player.
