Your responsibilities will include:
- Sales Development - Expanding our client base, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our products.
- Client Relationship Management - Building long-lasting relationships and ensuring top-tier customer support.
- Customer Care - Managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting & Retention - Keeping track of sales data, analyzing market trends, and supporting business growth.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service-experience in the jewelry or fashion industry is a plus!
- Fluency in English (written & spoken) and proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-moving, international business environment.
