Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers both in Thailand and internationally through different channels, showing excellent skills in Thai and English.
  • Understand engineering terms and technical drawings to explain technical details clearly.
  • Use good computer skills to access databases, get information for quotes, process orders, and help customers.
  • Use telephone negotiation skills and have a good commercial approach to meet customer needs.
  • Work as part of a team, following office systems to ensure efficient customer service.
  • Send quotations, request technical details from clients, and create accurate quotations.
  • Receive orders, schedule production, and keep customers informed throughout the process.
  • Continuously learn about the company's products and keep this information updated.
  • Work closely with other departments like Sales, Quality Control, Material Specialists, and Technical Support to provide the best support and products to customers.
  • Provide commercial and technical support to customers and agents.
  • Build good relationships with current and new customers.
  • Follow tasks assigned by supervisors or managers, ensuring they are completed efficiently and on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Engineering preferred), with a GPA of at least 2.5.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service-related job.
  • Ability to read and understand 2D/3D drawings and technical details.
  • High energy, good interpersonal and cultural skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, able to communicate at all levels within the customer's organization and within company.
  • Flexibility, good commercial sense, and ability to handle various tasks.
  • * Experience with ERP systems and good IT skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment and manage pressure well.
  • Knowledge of international delivery terms.
  • Logical thinking to understand technical details and manufacturing processes.
  • Additional language skills like Chinese, Malay, or Vietnamese are a plus.
  • Experience in the Printing, Label, Packaging, or Converting industries is an advantage
