Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will excel at delivering excellent service, managing inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to handle a variety of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns efficiently, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
  • Manage order processing, returns, and exchanges in compliance with company procedures.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments or supervisors as required.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm their concerns have been addressed effectively.
  • Assist in onboarding and mentoring new customer service team members.
  • Share knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance.
  • Receive and process customer orders, coordinating with production facilities to ensure timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, ideally in a similar capacity.
  • Proficiency with customer service platforms, databases, and tools.
  • Strong phone communication and active listening skills.

Working Conditions

  • Working Days: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30
  • Location: HQ Ladkrabang
  • Transportation: Shuttle service available from MRT Phetchaburi / Nong Chok
