Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will excel at delivering excellent service, managing inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to handle a variety of customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns efficiently, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Manage order processing, returns, and exchanges in compliance with company procedures.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments or supervisors as required.
- Follow up with customers to confirm their concerns have been addressed effectively.
- Assist in onboarding and mentoring new customer service team members.
- Share knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance.
- Receive and process customer orders, coordinating with production facilities to ensure timely fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, ideally in a similar capacity.
- Proficiency with customer service platforms, databases, and tools.
- Strong phone communication and active listening skills.

Working Conditions
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30
- Location: HQ Ladkrabang
- Transportation: Shuttle service available from MRT Phetchaburi / Nong Chok
