Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete fit-out design within data halls, from initial client consultation to final project handover, including cable tray, grounding, ceeform, combined service drawings, etc.,
Liaise directly with clients to understand their requirements, gather specifications, and manage expectations.
Manage external consultants, providing clear direction and ensuring deliverables meet project requirements.
Overall of the procurement and installation of all necessary equipment and materials.
Manage contractors and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed on time, and to the highest quality standards. This includes regular site inspections, quality control checks, and proactive problem resolution.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the construction process.
Prepare and submit comprehensive progress reports to management and clients.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all project documentation.
Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies.
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Assist in the commissioning and handover of completed projects.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in data center fit-out projects, with a demonstrable focus on data hall infrastructure installation.
Proven experience managing client relationships and expectations.
Experience managing external consultants and contractors.
Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and networking systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant design software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with relevant building codes and safety regulations.
