Work Location: MRT Phra Ram 9 (Mon. - Fri. 8.30 - 17.30)

Responsibilities:

Analyze historical data, market trends, and sales input to develop accurate demand forecasts.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain to align demand plans with business goals.
Monitor and adjust forecasts based on market changes or customer behavior.
Create reports and dashboards to support decision-making and identify risks or opportunities.
Lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to align demand and supply strategies.
Work with inventory and production teams to optimize stock levels and minimize excess or shortages.
Identify and implement demand planning process improvements.
Stay informed on industry trends and tools to refine forecasting techniques.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, or related field.
Excellent communication in English (TOEIC 550 or upper)
3-5 years of demand planning or forecasting experience (FMCG/retails/automotive industries is a plus)
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel or Power BI.
Familiarity with demand planning software (e.g., SAP APO) is a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
