We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Director of Shared Services Operations to partner with our Shared Services Director in ensuring seamless delivery across air, sea, road logistics, customs brokerage, and control tower functions. π What You'll Do
1. Drive Strategic Excellence
- Craft and execute innovative strategies for shared services functions that align with organizational goals.
- Ensure high-quality, cost-efficient service delivery across all operations.
2. Lead Operational Mastery
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal productivity and performance.
- Champion best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
3. Empower and Inspire Teams
- Mentor and guide managers and team leaders, building a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Invest in talent development to create high-performing teams.
4. Optimize Costs and Budgets
- Develop and manage budgets with a focus on efficiency and cost savings.
- Identify opportunities for operational excellence and financial optimization.
5. Foster Strong Stakeholder Relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to exceed service expectations.
- Act as the escalation point for operational challenges, ensuring swift resolutions.
6. Ensure Compliance and Mitigate Risks
- Maintain strict adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Proactively identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

π― What We're Looking For
Education & Experience
- Master's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred).
- Over 10 years of experience in shared services operations or 3PL environments, with proven success in leading large, cross-functional teams.
Skills & Certifications
- Strong command of tools like CW1, workflow automation, and analytics platforms.
- Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or relevant functional expertise are highly valued.
Core Competencies
- Strategic thinker with exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal abilities.
- Any Nationality with Fluency in English.
