Responsibilities:
- Manage in releasing new products, ensure products and processes meet business objectives and operational needs
- Manage implementation of product and process development including sample production and design.
- Coordinate with Team development center and introduce to Production.
- Release & controls Leather Trim Patterns to Supplier.
- Create & maintain Trim Patterns Drawing.
- Update & Provide master Patterns for Production.
- Driving the new product trial and new condition of mass production.
- Support manufacturing functions for all launches.
- Create the prototype of new product and sample part.
- Create a new product spec and new raw mat'l spec.
- Support to design a new tooling such as Jig & Fixture, Bending tool, Stamping tool.
- NPI document and tracking completion (include trial report & meeting).
- Manage CAD/CAM data base of product to control 2D & 3D drawing and CNC Program.
- Machine installation Trial for New plant setup.
- Fabrication control for all production of Frame and structure.
- Create CNC Program for Tube laser cutting machine.
- Create CNC Program for Flatbed laser cutting machine.
- Create CNC Program for Tube bending machine.
- Support Program for robotic weld process.
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of dedicated working experience in the Engineering design field of automotive research and development / pattern design.
- Strong knowledge and experience in cutting machines, sewing machines, pattern design for leather, fabric, foam, etc., sewing and trimming processes.
- Proficient in Part Modeling, Solid & Surface Modeling, 2D,3D Drawing Preparation, Assembly.
- Experience Interior in Vehicle SEAT design part development will be an advantage.
- Good command of English in both verbal and written.
