Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Direct Sales Officer to join our luxury furniture showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and promoting the premium quality of our products to both existing and potential clients. This role requires a motivated individual with an eye for detail, a flair for style, and a commitment to achieving sales targets in a luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with existing and potential clients, presenting and detailing company products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Follow up with previous showroom visitors to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a pristine and attractive showroom environment, collaborating with the Showroom Supervisor and Visual Merchandiser to ensure displays are consistent with brand standards.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new products to enhance personal knowledge and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Manage the sales process, including preparing and activating associated systems and paperwork, ensuring accurate order processing.
  • Assist in preparing regular sales activity reports and tracking the effectiveness of product displays and promotional efforts.
  • Drive two-way communication with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert advice and act as a skilled negotiator in the decision-making process, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience for clients.
  • Uphold the company's reputation and brand image through impeccable presentation and professionalism in all client interactions.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners, respecting their contributions and responding to the needs of the team.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in showroom sales, luxury product sales, or related design and marketing roles.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in sales-related software and tools.
  • Prior experience with premium or luxury product sales is highly preferred.
  • A passion for delivering the highest level of customer service and a keen eye for luxury design trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet sales targets both independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly professional appearance and demeanor that aligns with the company's luxury brand image.
  • Open to learning new skills, contributing creative ideas, and adapting to an evolving market.
