Job Descriptions:
- Overall responsibility for managing EC channels of the company such as B2C (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok), B2B and D2C.
- To run operation in both "Front-end" and "Front-Back" of each platform by developing cooperative partnerships with EC enabler and key accounts of platforms.
- To develop strategic business plans for each channel on a year land mid-term basis with accurate targets of sales and expenses and KPIs aligning with directions and plans of marketing teams and sales teams.
- To execute strategic plan while implementing data-driven STPD Cycle quickly as enough as E-Commerce field.
- To manage sales and expense budget under the section to realize the business expansion with more reasonable cost structure.
- To build strong cooperative relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Other assignments.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in EC management as a key account of Shopee/Lazada, Official store management at Shopee/Lazada as a brand owner, Official store management at Shopee/Lazada as an enabler, Owned EC management as Company Owner.
- Sufficient skill and knowledge for both front and back operation of EC store management.
- Strong mindset of collaboration with various stakeholders both internal and external.
- High motivation for challenging new scheme and new business.
- Fluent in English.
