Responsibilities:

Inspect and ensure compliance of MEP, air conditioning, sanitary, and environmental systems.
Oversee the Automatic Parking System and ensure its proper functionality.
Recruit, train, and develop the Engineering team, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication during the pre-opening phase.
Develop and implement maintenance programs for all engineering systems.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of engineering facilities to ensure operational efficiency.
Manage budgetary requirements for engineering projects and maintenance activities.
Liaise with contractors and vendors to oversee project timelines and deliverables.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to engineering processes and systems.
Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Lead pre-opening engineering activities, including system testing, commissioning, and final inspections to ensure readiness for launch.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering field.
Professional Engineering certification (e.g., PE or equivalent).
Proven experience in hotel or residential engineering management is a plus.
Pre-opening experience in hospitality projects, demonstrating the ability to manage timelines and coordinate multiple engineering tasks effectively.
Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with project management software and engineering design tools.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays during the pre-opening phase.
Knowledge of sustainability practices and energy management is a plus.
