Factory Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day factory operations to ensure effective production and manufacturing process (welding, powder coat, CNC, press break, assembly, etc.) including production planning, scheduling, and quality control.
• Manage a team of workers, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the factory is in compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Work closely with other departments, such as engineering and logistics, to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor production metrics and make adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve production processes and reduce costs.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that raw materials and finished products are stored and handled properly.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that production meets customer demand.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering / Production or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Plant management/Manufacturing/operations leadership roles.
• Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build, motivate, and develop teams in a high-performance culture.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
