Factory Manager

Position : Plant Manager

Location : Chonburi (Bo Win)

Salary : 100k - 200k

Responsibilities:

• Take active roles in providing technical support and feasibility studies for new product launch.
• Actively involved in line set up, layout planning and workers' training plan.
• Continue improvement on output and efficiency.
• Monitor the day-to-day operations of the plant.
• Review and improve operational management for all levels in the plant to achieve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ensure a smooth plant operation that complies with internal policies and customer requirements.
• Responsible for overseeing assembly and industrial engineering department.
• Trouble shooting, problem solving, process improvement, automation, product testing, etc.
• Participate in factory renovation and refurbishment.
• Able to deal with and achieve customers' requirements.
• Provide support to other departments in customers audit and enquiry.
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required.

Qualifications:

• University graduate in engineering or related field.
• Being able to work Monday - Saturday.
• Immidiate joiner preferred.
• Preferred to have knowledge and experience in LEAN manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge in fixture and equipment.
• Strong automation knowledge and skill set.
