Finance and Accounting Manager (150K - 200K)

We're looking for detailed oriented Finance and Accounting Manager to join our client leading company in healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage finance, accounting, and inventory functions for all companies. This includes monitoring of revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flows and balance sheet; business profitability and trend analysis to proactively maximize company profitability; preparation of relevant financial reports.
* Assist General Manager in all finance related aspects of business including costing, recommendations to increase financial efficiency within the company, banking relationships, managing foreign exchange exposure, etc.
* Manage all aspects of the annual budgeting process.
* Inventory management, including but not limited to: demand forecasting, supply chain management, coordinate incoming shipments from factories including required licenses and paperwork, and issuing PR/PO.
* Joint responsibility with Director of Operations to complete the monthly demand forecasting process, to ensure product availability for sale and ensure warehouse storage costs and inventory days are maintained at cost effective levels.
* As a team, work with Sales and Marketing to manage all warehouses to be at levels that meet and support the company's objectives. Regularly visit warehouse along with Sales and Marketing team to inspect product and conduct any other business as may be required.
* Consider, approve, and manage customer credit limits. Collect, maintain, and analyze customer data for companies' benefit and planning purposes.
* Manage all accounts receivable to be order including issuance of demand letters, filing police reports, and initiating legal proceedings as required to protect the company's interests.
* Undertake and complete all annual financial audits, internal and/or external. Manage and maintain good relationships with relevant audit, regulatory and government agencies. Submit all required reports to government agencies in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Over 10 years of experience in Accounting & Finance with 5 years in a managerial level.
• Experienced from FMCG, retail, healthcare, consumer products industry will be advantage.
• CPD license holder / CPA is a plus.
• Good English communication skills both written and spoken.
• Experienced in leading a team.
