Job Description: Finance Manager (Onsite 100%)

Working Days: Mon- Fri

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the finance department's daily operations, ensuring all tasks are well-planned, assigned, and executed in a timely manner, in line with established organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement standardized financial processes to maintain accuracy, transparency, and compliance in all financial activities, ensuring alignment with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor, manage, and reconcile financial receipts and payments to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, payment schedules, and accuracy of system records.
  • Prepare, review, and manage the annual budget and unit-specific budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational cash flow management, liquidity requirements, and financial efficiency.
  • Perform cash flow forecasting and analysis to ensure effective liquidity management, optimizing cash flow flexibility while meeting financial obligations.
  • Supervise the preparation and presentation of financial reports, ensuring that all reports are timely, accurate, and reflective of the company's financial position for management and executive review.
  • Generate detailed financial analysis reports to support strategic decision-making, resource allocation, and operational planning across the organization.
  • Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and external auditors to ensure smooth execution of financial transactions and to maintain positive relationships with financial partners.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all finance-related activities and operations are compliant with local and international financial regulations, policies, and standards.
  • Summarize and analyze operational and financial reports, presenting actionable recommendations to senior management for performance improvement and resource optimization.
  • Provide ongoing consultation and guidance to resolve financial issues and enhance overall department performance, focusing on financial planning, forecasting, and risk management.
  • Identify, propose, and implement process improvements aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, including cost control measures and streamlining financial operations.
  • Assess and approve clients' credit terms, payment schedules, and manage credit risk to ensure favorable, risk-mitigated business transactions.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities, financial projects, and market trends, making strategic recommendations to senior leadership for investments and resource allocation.
  • Manage investor relations by fostering strong relationships with investors and ensuring transparent communication regarding company financial performance, updates, and future financial strategies.
  • Oversee the implementation of financial software systems, ensuring the integrity of financial data, automated reporting processes, and enhanced workflow efficiencies.
  • Ensure the accurate preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules, overseeing month-end and year-end closing processes and compliance with financial reporting deadlines.
  • Lead efforts in monitoring financial key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the health and performance of financial operations and propose adjustments when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the internal audit team to assess and ensure financial controls and audit readiness, ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.
  • Ensure efficient treasury operations, managing cash positions, banking relationships, and short-term investments to optimize company liquidity.
  • Review and optimize debt financing structures, ensuring the company's borrowing capacity aligns with growth strategies and risk tolerance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a financial management role or similar positions, with a proven track record of leadership in financial operations.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP), and tax compliance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with an advanced understanding of financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including advanced Excel skills and ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities with a proven capacity to motivate and guide a finance team.
  • Experience with initial public offerings (IPOs) and public company financial reporting is an advantage.
