Job Description: Finance Manager

  • Lead and oversee the department's operations, ensuring work is planned, assigned, and completed on time in alignment with established objectives.
  • Develop and implement standardized financial processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance in all financial operations.
  • Monitor and manage financial receipts and payments to ensure alignment with contracts, schedules, and accuracy in system records.
  • Prepare, review, and monitor the annual and unit budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational cash flow liquidity management and efficiency.
  • Conduct cash flow forecasting and analysis to inform liquidity management and optimize cash flow flexibility.
  • Supervise the preparation and presentation of financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to management and executives.
  • Generate financial analysis reports to support strategic planning, decision-making, and resource allocation across the organization.
  • Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to facilitate smooth and efficient financial transactions.
  • Oversee collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless department operations and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Summarize and analyze operational and financial reports, providing recommendations and actionable insights to senior management.
  • Provide guidance and consultation to resolve financial issues and improve department performance and efficiency.
  • Propose and implement process improvements for enhanced operational efficiency, including cost reduction initiatives.
  • Analyze and approve clients' credit terms and payment terms to ensure favorable and risk-mitigated business dealings.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities, financial projects, and market trends to inform strategic investment decisions.
  • Manage investor relations, fostering strong relationships and ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in financial management position or a similar role.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and tax compliance
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Experience with IPOs will be given special consideration.
