About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead and manage a newly established company in Thailand within the advertising industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the company's operations and contribute to its success. You will be responsible for overseeing general management tasks, executing marketing and promotional strategies, driving sales efforts, and fostering strong relationships with business clients in Thailand. Collaborating closely with our Japan HQ team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and expanding the Thai business operations in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage overall corporate operations as the company's representative.
Lead and unify the team, fostering a collaborative and cohesive work environment.
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand presence and market reach.
Create and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Conduct negotiations for advertising service agreements and related procurement.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
Candidate Requirements:
Management Experience: Minimum of 2 years managing teams of at least 5 members.
Marketing Expertise: At least 2 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing strategy and execution, preferably in the advertising industry.
Educational Background: University or college graduate.
Technical Skills: Basic IT proficiency and understanding of general IT terminology for effective client communication.
Language Skills: Native or business-level proficiency in Thai; business-level proficiency in English.
