Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage 6 main branches and approximately 30 franchise branches nationwide.
Supervise the overall organization, including finance, marketing, operations, HR, and sales.
Develop new business models, such as mobile services, online platforms, and applications.
Establish KPIs, cost reduction strategies, profit maximization plans, and business/franchise expansion.
Prepare for participation in Shark Tank to attract investors.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a GM, COO, or MD, with at least 2-3 years of overseeing an entire organization.
Experience in managing franchise businesses with at least 10 branches.
Managed a team of at least 50 people.
Strong understanding of business systemization and back-office operations (accounting, finance, inventory management, etc.).
No specific knowledge about cars is required, but must understand service-based business models.
Entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, and a passion for business growth.
Interest in AI and technology.
Able to read and understand English for work purposes (fluency is not required).
Industries of Interest:
Franchise businesses with well-structured back-office systems, such as automotive service centers, car wash centers, and multi-branch restaurants.
Not suitable for standalone franchises with minimal back-office operations, such as independent coffee shops.
