Job Summary:
The General Manager (GM) will drive business growth and oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing and logistics strategies, with a focus on B2C and O2O (online-to-offline) channels. The role includes formulating innovative business strategies, managing supply chains, and expanding market presence while ensuring operational excellence and financial performance. Candidates with prior experience in the food industry and a robust network in the sector will be given priority.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute business strategies focused on marketing management, logistics optimization, and market expansion.
- Lead initiatives to drive B2C growth and O2O integration to meet business goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
Marketing Management: Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, with a focus on B2C channels.
- Identify opportunities to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
- Develop partnerships and promotional strategies to support revenue growth.
Logistics Management: Manage supply chain processes, including sourcing, procurement, and inventory control, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.
- Optimize logistics operations to support business scalability and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable supply chains.
Business Development: Drive initiatives to expand the company's market share and profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities, including partnerships and product innovations.
- Build strong relationships within the food and beverage industry to leverage business growth.
Team Leadership: Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring and developing staff.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute business plans effectively.
- Ensure alignment of departmental goals with overall company objectives.
Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring profitability and ROI (Return on Investment).
- Monitor financial metrics, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure accurate reporting and alignment with strategic financial objectives.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in a senior management role within the Food & Beverage industry or related sectors.
- Proven expertise in B2C marketing strategies and logistics management.
- Strong industry network and connections in the food and beverage sector.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with market expansion and O2O (online-to-offline) strategies is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen to drive business performance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
