General Manager (Wire Harness)

Job Summary: The company is a B.O.I promoted electrical cable manufacturer located in Pathum Thani, Thailand. The company is a collaborative venture between two powerhouse companies, combining expertise and resources to deliver top-quality products and unparalleled customer service.

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager (Plant Operation) and The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, managing teams, ensuring efficient production processes, and delivering high levels of customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategic plans in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Enforce quality control measures to ensure manufactured products meet customer expectations and comply with industry standards.
• Monitor and enhance production processes to achieve efficiency, productivity, machine utilization, and profitability targets.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, including responsibilities for hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and quality management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in a senior manufacturing management role.
• Prior experience in wire harness and connector manufacturing is an advantage.
• Proven experience in implementing and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact across departments.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
