Tender Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end process of global tenders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for accurate, timely, and optimized proposals.
- Maintain tender automation systems and ensure process compliance.
Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to Business Development and Business Support Services strategies.
- Identify and implement process optimizations.
New Business Development:
- Advise on customer solutions and support the sales process.
- Incorporate up-to-date information into proposals.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance and minimize risks.
- Report on KPI's and generate relevant reports.
Ambassadorial Role:
- Act as a global ambassador for Business Support Services.
- Establish and maintain a global network and provide training.
Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent.
- 5-7 years in tender management within freight forwarding.
- Project management experience and international business awareness.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Fluent in English and Thai.
- Knowledge of local regulations in Thailand.
